any products sold through us come with a Full Manufacturers Warranty.
Keep in mind that in just the last few years, Sherwood, Aeris, and many others, have had recalls on scuba equipment.
If the equipment is not covered under a manufacturers warranty - not only would you have to pay to get your product fixed...
you might never know there's a problem!
If purchased from a reputable dealer with full warranty coverage, registered owners of these items were notified -
tracked by their warranty information on file with the original manufacturer, and problems corrected.
Beyond the possibility of major problems, with many products like regulators that require a yearly maintainance schedule,
manufacturers have a policy of supplying free parts if the unit is under warranty. This is a savings of $20 - $50 in the first few years alone!

We also invite you to contact the manufacturer of the products you are interested in so you can rest assured that you are
dealing with an authorized dealer and you will get full warranty on all purchases.
- All in-stock orders will be shipped the next business day or within 48hrs (excluding holidays & weekends) and are guaranteed to be at your door within 7 days to a US mainland zip code. If you request to receive your order in a faster method such as Next day or 2nd day other than ground you will be charged extra for shipping in order to get it to you in time.
- We make every effort to contact you, the customer, if items are not in stock or if there will be a delay in shipping. Customers will recieve an email or telephone call to alert them if an order is not in stock.
- Inventory is subject to prior sale.
- Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment outlined in their shipping guide.
- We will only refund Shipping Charges when the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment and issued credit to us. The decision made by a carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
- Customer must be sure to communicate correct shipping address . All shippers charge a $10.00 fee if an incorrect address has been provided. These fees will be transferred to the customer, only if the customer provided the incorrect ship-to address.
Worldwide Shipping - Scuba-Equipment-USA.com will ship anywhere in the world.
We don't have a DHL method integrated into the website currently, however we do have an account with them.
Just place your order, if DHL will save you money, we will automatically update your order to reflect the shipping carrier change.

- If it is within 30 days and the items are new with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund on any item. Shipping charges still apply.
- If it is between 30 - 90 days and the items are new, there is just a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges still apply.
- We do not cover shipping back to our warehouse unless the product is defective.
