Thailand offers scuba diving in the gulf of Thailand, out of Pattaya, Koh Samui & Koh Tao, and in the Adaman Sea mostly out of Phuket. The diving in Phuket is the main draw with the diving in the more northly part of the Adaman sea, which can only be reached by live aboard boat, considered to be the most prestine. Sea mounts, dramatic granite outcrops plunging to depths, caves, tunnels, swim throughs, and extensive fringing reefs offer a great variety for all divers.
