Malaysia has many good dive destinations but none as good as Palau Sipadan. An atoll island sitting on top of an underwater volcanic island, it offers prestine reefs, wall dives on 600m drop offs, current drift dives, and the easiest of shore diving. Kota Kimbalu also sees the arrival of whale sharks between january and april.
