Eliat is in Israel bordering onto the red sea. Being Israels only access to the red sea commercial shipping and naval traffic have impacted its reefs, which are usually accessed as shore dives. The real attraction of Eliat is Dolphin Reef, a unique marine habitat where both divers and snorkelers can interact with dolphins.
